Lean is a design problem

Lean is not an agile problem. It is a design problem.

Design is fundamentally about flows. That way of thinking is in its DNA.

When you understand flows, you remove blur and confusion. You see what moves, what blocks, and what adds no value. Complexity becomes something you can simplify, not something you have to manage.

That is the purpose of Executive Design. Refounding design as a C-level capability to build lean organisations.
